Pins, sorted by what to do first
Each pin carries one of four labels:
- Fix first: losing sales or blocking people now
- Worth fixing: confusing, and worth the time
- Small: quick polish
- Keep: already works — so nobody "fixes" it by accident
What a pin says
Every pin names the thing on the page the way the screen names it, says what went wrong and why it matters, and gives one change to make. From our imaginary plant shop:
- Fix first: The promo code box clears the shipping address, so shoppers type it twice. Keep the address when a code is applied.
- Worth fixing: The pot size is only chosen in the cart, not on the product page. Add the size picker next to Add to cart.
- Small: The care guide link opens in the same tab and loses the cart. Open it in a panel instead.
- Keep: Delivery date shows next to the price. Leave it where it is.
Screen by screen
A flow comes back in order — product page, cart, checkout — with the pins on each screen. Screens the panel couldn't reach, like one behind a login you hadn't connected, are listed and marked as blocked.
