Terms of Service

By accessing or using Prior.Run (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Prior.Run is a testing service for web pages and flows. You submit a page, a multi-step flow, or a design prototype, and our system runs it in a browser on desktop or mobile and returns a marked-up page — findings pinned to the spots they are about, each with the reason and a suggested fix.

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password or allow others to access your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account.

You agree NOT to:

• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Upload content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the underlying models, prompts, or algorithms of the Service.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits, rate limiting, or authentication mechanisms.
• Use the Service to compete directly with Prior.Run without written permission.

• Free tier: One Run per account at no cost. No credit card required.
• Paid plans: Starter and Pro subscriptions, billed monthly or yearly via Stripe. Each plan includes the number of Runs per month shown on our pricing page; unused Runs do not carry over. Extra Runs may be purchased in packs.
• Billing: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, monthly or yearly depending on the plan you chose.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided.
• Price changes: We may change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Your Content

• You retain all rights to the pages, designs, and images you submit.
• By uploading content, you grant Prior.Run a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
• Your content is not used to train any models.

Our Content

• Prior.Run owns the output format (including marked-up pages), methodology, interface design, and underlying technology.
• You may use results for your internal business purposes, share them via our sharing feature, and reference findings in your decision-making.
• You may not resell, redistribute, or white-label outputs as a competing service.

• Prior.Run provides findings as a decision-support tool. We do not guarantee that our findings are complete or that they will match real-world outcomes, such as A/B test results.
• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• In no event shall Prior.Run be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

• By you: You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Upon closure, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
• By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay for a paid subscription.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain anonymized, aggregated data for analytics purposes.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and close your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
